FS701 firmware: On-the-fly material processing

With the application firmware FS701, the universal MC700 hardware allows high-precision processing for machine applications such as "flying saws", "flying shears" and similar applications.

FS801 firmware: On-the-fly material processing

With this application firmware, excellent solutions for on-the-fly processing (sawing, cutting, punching, drilling, etc.) can be implemented in the simplest way with the MC800 controller.
Compared to the FS701 firmware, significantly higher dynamics are achieved with FS801 on the MC800 platform. In addition, adaptation to a wide variety of sensor systems and fieldbus architectures is possible.

FS340: Control for "flying saws and shears"

Compact and cost-effective controller for on-the-fly material processing.

-2 pulse inputs in format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422] -4 control inputs for HTL / PNP / NPN / Namur signals [10 ... 30 VDC] -Input frequency up to 300 kHz -4 fast, short-circuit proof PNP switching outputs [5 … 30 VDC] -1 scalable 14-bit analogue output (±10 V or 0 … 20 mA)

FS641: Control for "Flying Material Processing"

Execution like FS340, but with cutting length specification on the front and 4 output relays.
