speed monitor

The speed monitors of the DZ series have been developed for installation in control cabinets. They are used to monitor overspeed,
underspeed, direction of rotation or standstill in machines. Special speed monitor models that have an analog output can also be used for open-loop and closed-loop control tasks.
The special features of our speed monitors are the very high frequency range, the fast reaction and the simple adjustability of the speed, direction and standstill parameters depending on the input signals used.

DZ210: Monitor for direction of rotation and standstill

Electronic monitor for monitoring left/right rotation and machine standstill. With universal pulse inputs for all common incremental encoders and sensors.

-Pulse input in format A, B, 90° [HTL] or A, /A, B, /B [RS422], 1-track also possible -Input frequency up to 500 kHz
-2 output relays with potential-free changeover contact and
2 transistor outputs with high-side driver, short-circuit proof, [7 ... 30 VDC]

DZ260: Speed monitor with 3 output relays and analogue output

Compact built-in device for monitoring overspeed, underspeed, standstill and direction of rotation with universal inputs for incremental encoders, proximity switches, light barriers or sensors.

-Pulse input in format A, B, 90° [HTL]
or A, /A, B, /B [RS422], 1-track also possible
-Input frequency up to 1MHz
-3 potential-free changeover output relays
-14-bit analogue output for ±10 V or 0/4 ... 20 mA

DZ261: Speed monitor with 3 transistor outputs and analogue output

Speed monitoring like DZ260, but with 3 fast transistor switching outputs instead of relays.

DS246: Safe speed monitor with SinCos encoder input

Design like DS240, but without signal splitter.

DZ266: Speed monitor with analogue output

Speed monitoring like DZ260, but without relay.

DZ269: Speed monitor with 3 transistor outputs

Speed monitoring like DZ260, but with 3 fast transistor switching outputs, without analogue output.

DZ267: Speed monitor with 3 output relays

Speed monitoring like DZ260, but without analogue output.
